• Prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify product prices, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed online through our website. Once an order is confirmed, a confirmation message or email will be sent to the customer.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment.
• We use secure third-party payment gateways to handle transactions.
• Customers must ensure that all order details (name, address, phone number, delivery date/time) are accurate. Incorrect information may result in failed or delayed delivery.
• In case of payment failure, no order will be processed.

4. Delivery Policy

• We currently deliver to selected areas within Kerala.
• Delivery time depends on your location, traffic, weather, and order volume. We strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe.
• If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the order will be marked as completed, and no refund will be provided.
• Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the distance or delivery slot selected.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before the preparation process begins, whichever is earlier.
• Once the preparation starts, cancellation or modification is not possible.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Refunds and Returns

Since our products are perishable, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:

• The product was damaged during delivery, or
• The wrong product was delivered.

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo and order details at info@fairybakehouse.in.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
