sent to the customer.

4. Delivery Policy

Kerala.

Delivery time depends on your location, traffic, weather,
and order volume. We strive to deliver orders within the
estimated timeframe.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the
recipient being unavailable, the order will be marked as
completed, and no refund will be provided.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of
placing the order or
before the preparation process begins,
whichever is earlier.

Once the preparation starts, cancellation or modification is
not possible.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the
original payment method within
5–7 business days.
6. Refunds and Returns
Since our products are perishable, returns are generally not
accepted. However, we will consider a refund or replacement in
the following cases:

The product was damaged during delivery, or
- The wrong product was delivered.
In such cases, you must contact us
within 24 hours of delivery with a clear
photo and order details at
info@fairybakehouse.in.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within
5–7 business days.

handling of food items by the customer.
