Refunds/Replacement Eligibility
You can request a refund or replacement only if:
The product is damaged or spoiled on arrival.
The wrong item was delivered.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo and order number.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom cakes or personalized items.
Orders cancelled after preparation.
Orders not collected/delivered due to wrong address or unavailability.
Replacements for the products will be delivered within 5-7 days.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, after approval.
